Terms and conditions:
By clicking the “I accept“ checkbox in the registration, you agree to the following terms and conditions which constitute a legally enforceable written end user agreement. If you agree to the terms on behalf of a legal entity, you represent that you have the complete authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of such entity; or if you agree to the terms as an individual, you represent that you are over the age of 18.

All registered delegates will appear on a list of delegates, including name, position, company, city, country. No personal contact details will be disclosed. For everyone who has indicated in the registration process they are happy for us to share their details with 3rd parties we will share email details for these participants with our sponsors. 

Payment:

Credit card
The registration free must be paid by credit card through our secure SwedPay solution. Our registration service will also take care of name changes and general questions around the registration process. If are paying for this registration but are not named as the attendee and need a receipt please contact our registration service RDAsia@meetx.se Invoice (for group bookings only), please also contact RDAsia@meetx.se 

Invoice – groups only
The registration fee must be paid in 30 days. Payment conditions are valid from todays date. If the fee not has been paid before the conference starts you will need to pay when arrive.

Please note that if you choose the invoice alternative, the invoice will only be sent together with your confirmation and not by regular mail. If are paying for this registration but are not named as the attendee and need the invoice please add your email address in the field below.

Please note: An incorrect billing address change is charged SEK 250 for readdressing and retransmission of invoice.

Cancellation of registration:
No refunds can be made for cancellation of registration. However, registration may be transferred to another person. For transfer of registration, please contact us in writing to RDAsia@meetx.se
